Miamisburg police say the vehicle, which failed to stop for a traffic violation, ended up hitting a wall in the 200 block around 1:30 a.m.
Initial reports indicate there were at least three occupants inside the vehicle with two of the individuals fleeing following the crash.
Officials reportedly apprehended one of the occupants that did not flee.
Police also recovered a handgun found at the crash site.
Descriptions of the individuals that fled were not immediately available.
A K-9 unit was called to assist authorities in the search.
