In the process of two employees attempting to restrain Hagedorn, he spat on one and scratched the other’s forearms with his nails, according to the report.

The employees would eventually restrain Hagedorn and bring him to the front door.
Hagedorn was transported and processed at Montgomery County Jail.
According to the report, while he appeared under the influence, he did not smell of alcohol.
