A Bellefontaine man was charged with operating under the influence for the ninth time.
Craig Clark, 54, was arrested by the Ohio State Highway Patrol Springfield Post after a traffic stop for speeding on Urbana Road in Clark County on Saturday, according to a press release from OSP.
Troopers learned Clark’s driver’s license was suspended for being a habitual alcoholic, according to the release.
He was booked into Clark County Jail and charged with operating a vehicle impaired, speeding and driving under suspension.
Clark is scheduled to appear in the Clark County Municipal Court Dec. 31.
