The two-story building will have seating for over 300 skiers and snowboarders on the second floor, and over 800 seats will be available of the first floor dining area, when it opens for the 2016/2017 ski season.
The second level will have elevator access, a live music stage and a side deck, with views of the mountain.
The 2016/2017 season will be the 55th winter season for the slopes.
