2 more face murder charges in Fairborn hotel clerk’s death

A grand jury indicted two more people in connection with the death of a hotel employee in Fairborn earlier this year.

On March 7, 29-year-old Andrew Day was working as the desk clerk at the Hampton Inn off Col. Glenn Highway when he shot and killed during a robbery.

Michael D. McLendon, 25, was previously indicted in the case and has pleaded not guilty to charges of aggravated murder and aggravated robbery.

Two more suspects have been charged.

DiSean Kendall Graham, 21, is charged with aggravated murder, aggravated robbery and kidnapping; Morgan W. Klink, 25, is charged with murder, involuntary manslaughter and aggravated robbery, according to Greene County court records.

Klink and Graham were already inmates in the Greene County Jail when they were served the indictment. If convicted, they could be sentenced to life in prison, authorities said.

Prosecutors have said McLendon admitted to shooting Day and he could face the death penalty, if convicted.
