Construction has started on a new park in Springboro.

Development of Kacie Jane Park and the Performing Arts Center (PAC) at the coroner of Lytle-Five Points and Crosley Roads has been going since early January.

The PAC should be completed sometime in early October, but the splash pad portion of the park is expected to open by June 1.
