Nursing home employee behind bars

Yellow Springs, OH -- An employee from the Friends Care Community nursing home is now behind bars.  This comes following a report of sexual assault on a patient this past Saturday.  An employee saw the act between a resident and Kevin Burns and contacted authorities.

Police say they had Burns in custody 24 hours after the alleged assault.  He remains in jail with a ten thousand dollar bond.  The case will go before a grand jury.
