The driver of the vehicle has been taken into custody. He was put in handcuffs, but it’s unclear what, if anything, he will be charged with.
Initial report:
Occupants used their truck’s roof to escape after it ended up submerged in a body of water along Little York Road Thursday morning.

Initial reports indicate the vehicle went off the roadway on the curvy road near the 2500 block around 2:40 a.m.
The two people inside the truck and a dog were not injured in the incident, police said.
