Crews responded around 5:40 a.m. to the 100 block of Milton Street in Dayton and were met with smoke and flames coming from the structure.
Firefighters were able to quickly extinguish the blaze.
A neighbor reported the fire.
No injuries were reported, and damage estimates were not immediately available.
The fire remains under investigation.
