Ohio Farms Packing Co. is recalling more than 40,600 pounds of boneless veal products that may be contaminated with E. coli.

Also included in the recall is an undetermined amount of veal cutlets, the U.S. Department of Agriculture’s Food and Safety Inspection Service announced Thursday night.

The cutlets were only sold to food services and not directly to consumers.
