Ohio woman accused of stealing $1,600 worth of Girl Scout cookies

A woman in Cincinnati is accused of stealing more than $1,600 worth of cookies from a Girl Scout troop.

North College Hill police say Noel Hines stole $1,634 worth of cookies in late March. Police say Hines took a large order of cookies to sell from a local troop but never paid for the orders, police said. Police attempted to make contact with her for more than six months about receiving the payments.
