Multiple agencies were on the scene, including Middletown police, the Warren County Sheriff’s Office and the Ohio State Highway Patrol.
Emergency dispatch traffic indicated the vehicle was off the road on its top when crews arrived and one of the victims had to be removed from the vehicle.
