This morning we will see patchy drizzle, followed by a mostly cloudy afternoon with highs near 56 degrees, according to the National Weather Service in Wilmington. Skies will stay cloudy but weather will remain calm overnight with a low around 43 degrees.
Thursday will start mostly cloudy, with a chance of showers arriving in the afternoon. Highs will be around 64 degrees. Those showers will build into showers and thunderstorms overnight, with a low of around 42 degrees.
Showers should taper off by Friday morning, which will be mostly sunny, with a high near 49 degrees. Friday night will be much the same, with lows getting colder to around 32 degrees.
