Pet adoption event to be held at the Dayton Mall

The Humane Society of Greater Dayton and the SICSA Pet Adoption Center have partnered with numerous Montgomery County organizations to hold a “Home for the Holidays” pet adoption event,  Saturday December 22, at the Dayton Mall.

The Home for the Holidays adopt-a-thon will be held in the JC Penney area of the Dayton Mall from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. Adoption prices will be just $20 for dogs and cats.

“Adopting a new pet is the perfect way to ring in the holiday season,” Commissioner Judy Dodge said. “We look forward to collaborating with our partner agencies and hope to see many of our adoptable pets find homes during the event.”
