Police bust suspected Craigslist prostitutes

Two Fairborn men were arrested on charges of prostitution and drug possession after they allegedly agreed to meet an undercover Dayton police officer for sex on Wednesday.

Jacob Tester, 21, and Orion Bressler, 22, were taken into custody at about 9 p.m. following a traffic stop at Keowee and Third streets.

According to a police incident report, an officer was going through “Casual Encounters” listings on Craigslist.com last week and came across a listing advertising “2 boys looking for 1 guy tonight.”

After communicating with the posters via email several times, the officer agreed to pay the posters $100 each in exchange for sex acts, the report states.

The person he was exchanging emails with provided a cell phone number and directions to an apartment on Zinc Road in Fairborn.

The officer arrived to pick up the two men. He was wearing a wireless microphone and was under surveillance by several detectives in unmarked cars that were in the parking lot.

Bressler and Tester got in the car and allegedly confirmed the agreed upon price and what they were going to do while the officer drove back toward Dayton. The two men also talked about doing drugs, according to the report.

When the undercover officer gave the take down signal, a police cruiser pulled over the vehicle. Both men attempted to conceal items that turned out to be a small amount of marijuana, heroin, needles and nunchucks, according to the police report.

Bressler did not answer any questions, but Tester admitted to the agreed upon transaction and confirmed that he posted the ad on Craigslist. He said he had the nunchucks in a bag for protection.

He is facing possible charges of soliciting, carrying a concealed weapon, and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Bressler could be charged with soliciting, felony possession of drugs and possession of drug abuse instruments. He also has a 2011 felony charge of  drug possession (heroin) pending.
