Rodney Fox is the younger brother of the former state legislator, county commissioner and head of Children Services.
Rodney Fox’s mother reported that he left their home at 8 a.m. March 1 and has not been seen since.
She was concerned for his safety, due to the fact that he suffers from bipolar disorder and was not taking his medication, according to police.
Michael Fox said his brother has struggled with bipolar disorder since 1989.
