He said the letter is misleading residents to believe they must purchase insurance for a “water line service coverage.” The company is not working on behalf of the city and “you do not have to purchase anything,” said Walton.
Walton said he checked with the Better Business Bureau and have found an “alert” for the business and “strongly” recommends anyone who gets a letter file a complaint with the Ohio Attorney General’s Office.
