Sidney police are asking for the public’s help in identifying two men considered persons of interest after an SUV was stolen from a gas station parking lot Saturday morning.

The victim stopped at the Valero convenience store after work around 7 a.m., but left the vehicle unlocked and running, Sidney police Sgt. Jeremy Lorenzo said.

When the victim left the store, his cream-colored 2005 Buick Rendezvous, was gone, Lorenzo said.

 

Surveillance video from a nearby hotel caught two men walking and police consider them persons of interest in the theft.
