Paige Millikan, 34, was indicted on charges of tampering with evidence and obstructing justice in the April 11 incident.
Millikan was inside an Arnold Place apartment building while SWAT and police were in a standoff with Andrew Alcorn, who was named as a person of interest in an Indiana homicide.
Alcorn shot himself in the head, ending the nine-hour standoff.
Alcorn was a person of interest in Lafayette police investigation into the shooting death of Ronald Whiles, 61, in their city April 7, Lt. Matt Gard said.

Police have said they do not believe Millikan, who was identified as is connected to the homicide.
She is currently in Montgomery County Jail, where she’s been since her arrest.
