Rapid Fired Pizza to open 3rd location in Huber Heights

The founders of Rapid Fired Pizza have signed a lease to open their third Dayton-area location, at 6315 Brandt Pike (Ohio 201) in Huber Heights, according to our news partner Dayton Daily News.

The restaurant will have seating inside but may also add a pickup window, according to Kelly Gray, co-founder of Rapid Fired Pizza.

The second Rapid Fire location is still under renovation at 2812 Colonel Glenn Highway near Wright State University in Fairborn. That restaurant is likely to open in January, Gray told DDN.

One of the chain’s co-founders, Ray Wiley, also is co-founder of Hot Head Burritos. Rapid Fired restaurants have a service line similar to Hot Head and its national competitor Chipotle, in which customers pick out the toppings for their 11-inch personal pizza that is then cooked in just under three minutes.
