A 61-year-old man was arrested early Friday morning on Shenandoah Avenue after police responded to a shots fired complaint, according to a police incident report.
Anthony Allen was arrested for felonious assault, domestic violence, having weapons while under disability, cruelty to animals, kidnapping, tampering with evidence and improperly handling firearms in a motor vehicle, according to the Miami Valley Jails website.

It’s unknown if any shots were fired or if anyone was injured.
Allen’s next court date is set for Jan. 7.
