A white Nissan was merging onto I-675 northbound from North Fairfield Road when the driver struck a red Ford SUV that also was traveling northbound, then crossed the median and struck a white SUV head-on that was traveling southbound.

All occupants were wearing seat belts, and all were alert and talking after the crash, Spangler said.
It’s unknown whether speed, drugs or alcohol are a factor in the crash at this time.
Spangler said crews will be working on I-675 for at least a few more hours.
“You never know when it’s going to happen. You always know when you’re going to stop, but never know when you’re going to crash. That’s why you always wanna have your seat belt on,” Spangler said.
FIRST REPORT:
A four-vehicle accident was reported Saturday on I-675 north and southbound near the North Fairfield Road exit.
According to initial reports, patients are laying in the roadway including two critically injured and one non-critically injured.

I-675 in both directions at North Fairfield is closed and motorists are advised to used an alternative route, according to the Ohio Department of Transportation.
