Miller said that he got an early call from the Xenia Police Department informing him that the building had partly collapsed and dropped bricks in to the road.

So, he showed police around the building and they cleared the debris off the street.

The building had been unused for a long time, Miller said, and he had had problems with vandals.

Miller said he had been considering selling the property before the roof collapsed.

From here, Miller said there was just cleaning up the mess and seeing what the city wanted him to do about the damaged building.
