The shuttle will run between the Dayton Convention Center and the Dr. Charles R. Drew Health Center at 1323 West Third St. from 10:50 a.m. to 2:40 p.m.
RTA buses will operate on the Saturday schedule while the Flyer keeps to a regular weekday schedule.
There will be rolling roadblocks throughout the downtown area and intermittent service delays and reroutes for routes 1, 2, 4, 8, 19 and the Flyer.
There will be temporary closures on Main Street and Fifth Street for the march, and a temporary stop will be placed at St. Clair Street and Fifth street to accommodate the transportation garage.
