A Tipp City man has plans to bring Butler Township its sixth self-storage facility, according to information included in recent construction application and zoning permits filed with the township.
Dale Mosier of Up North Construction, 5246 S. County Road, 25A, wants to place a $350,000 self-storage facility at 11600 N. Dixie Drive.
