LEBANON — A preliminary site plan for the new Life Enrichment Center at the Otterbein Homes Lebanon in Turtlecreek Twp. was approved Tuesday by the Warren County Commissioners.
The new facility will replace Bethany Hall which was razed in 2010. Once completed, the proposed 48,000-square-foot building will include a community center on the first floor, 29 residential units and additional administrative offices on the upper three floors. In addition, the new building will have a natatorium with a pool and hot tub, a fitness equipment room, a walking track and lounge on the first floor, according to documents provided by the county Regional Planning Commission.
