Sobriety checkpoint scheduled for Dayton tomorrow

The OVI Task Force of Montgomery County will have a sobriety checkpoint in Dayton Friday.

The task force will also conduct enhanced patrols over the weekend, according to Dayton police.

More details about the checkpoint will be announced tomorrow.

Last Friday, 542 vehicles were stopped during a sobriety checkpoint in the North Gettysburg and Kings Highway area, according to police.

Five people were tested for driving while intoxicated and four were arrested.

Police found 31 other infractions during the checkpoint.
