The City of Springboro’s Performing Arts Center (PAC) will receive $250,000 in funding from the State of Ohio.

The funding, part of the Cultural and Sports Facilities Projects, was included in the 2020 Ohio State Budget passed on July 17.

“We are grateful to our representatives in Columbus for securing the funding for the Performing Arts Center,” City Manager Chris Pozzuto said. “The center will not only serve as a community gathering place for arts and entertainment but also as the anchor for future development at Wright Station.”

The city is planning a grand opening celebration for the public on September 14.
