Tipp City police cruiser smashed into by suspected intoxicated driver

A Tipp City police cruiser was hit by a suspected drunk driver Sunday night, while an officer was assisting a state trooper with a crash on I-75.

Tipp City police said a suspected intoxicated driver hit the back of the officer’s cruiser, causing the cruiser to spin and narrowly missed hitting the Tipp City officer and the state trooper around 11:30 p.m.
