When will my power be restored?
As of 10 a.m. this morning, Thursday, May 30, DP&L said that approximately 23,000 customers in the Miami Valley area are still without power. According to DP&L, most of the outages are in Montgomery County. To find out more, DP&L officials encourage residents to visit their website for the latest information as it relates to restoration. They'll also continue their daily water and ice distribution from 8 a.m to 8 a.m.

When will my water come back on?
According to an update from Montgomery County officials, the Dayton city and Montgomery county water systems have been restored to full power. Some areas may have lower water pressure as the system stabilizes. Water officials encourage water customers to continue conserving water. A boil advisory is still in place for several areas, though it has been lifted for others. To see where the boil advisory has been lifted, see this map.

A boil advisory is still in place for several areas, though it has been lifted for others. So far, the boil advisory has been lifted for the following areas:
- City of Dayton low service area
- Montgomery County southern system
- Portions of Greene County (the Clyo and Swigert pressure zones)

Where can I drop off donations of water, food, and other items?
Several emergency shelters, businesses, and community organizations are accepting donations of bottled water, work gloves, baby items, nonperishable food items, personal hygiene items, and much more. There are drop-off zones set up in the following counties: Montgomery, Butler. See the full list of drop-off zones here.
How can I get free bottled water and ice?
If you’re without power, without water, or under a boil advisory, there are several stations set up to distribute free bottled water and ice.
DP&L has set up ice distribution centers at the following locations from 8 a.m.-8 p.m.:
- Beavercreek Senior Center, 3868 Dayton Xenia Road
- Dayton Art Institute, 456 Belmonte Park N
- Trotwood Fire Station #72, 5469 Little Richmond Road

What if I need a ride to get water or ice?
The ride-share service Lyft is providing free rides to water distribution sites with the code DAYTORELIEF19.
