According to the investigation, one car ran a stop sign and was t-boned by another car.
One driver was trapped in a vehicle but was extricated by emergency crews on the scene, investigators said.

A two-vehicle crash was reported around 5:15 p.m. on State Routes 123 and 132, according to the Ohio State Highway Patrol Lebanon post.
According to initial reports, six people are involved and one vehicle is on its side with a person trapped.
