Sharon Gitman, former Human Resources Director for the Greater Dayton Regional Transit Authority, was elected Secretary.
Mark Zielinski, formerly of Huntington Bank, will serve as Treasurer.

In addition, The Vandalia-Butler Foundation welcomed two new Trustees: Don Neff and Teri Rizvi.
Neff is the Managing Member of Neff & Associates Insurance Agency, LLC, and a long-time member of the Vandalia Optimists. He is also past president of the Vandalia-Butler Chamber of Commerce.
Rizvi has served as Executive Director of Strategic Communications at the University of Dayton since October 2013.

Leadership for the Vandalia-Butler Foundation rests in the community, while fiscal oversight of the funds is maintained by The Dayton Foundation, which serves the Dayton/Miami Valley area. This partnership allows for the Vandalia-Butler community to benefit from local leadership and profit from resources pooled with others for investment growth.
