The turkeys were in the road, refusing to move for traffic. One Butler Twp. officer arrived to help drivers get through, and the turkeys followed the cruiser on the shoulder of the road at times before walking back in front of vehicles again.

Drivers honked their horns, but the turkeys did not back down.

Eventually, a police canine was brought to the scene. A few barks from the dog, and the turkeys decided to end their road trip, heading back into a nearby field.
