The water main break was in the parking lot of some tornado-damaged apartments where no one lives.
FIRST REPORT:
A water main break on Foxton Court in Harrison Twp. has water spraying several feet into the air.
Crews responded to the main break around 1:45 p.m. to a huge hole in the ground.
