Water main break reported in Monroe

Monroe’s Water Department is working to repair a water main break at Dorothy Lane and Bendel Drive.

City crews began working on the break around 3 p.m. Thursday, Oct. 1. Residents in the surrounding area may experience low or no water pressure as a result of the water main break, city officials said.

Currently, a boil advisory has not been posted, but if the situation changes the city officials plan to send out an alert and update the city’s Web site at www.monroeohio.org.
