Black Alice
Lori Zechlin is a teenage DC Comics character created by Gail Simone and Ed Benes, whose alias is Black Alice. Black Alice made her first appearance in "Birds of Prey #76" in 2005. Black Alice has the power of magic usurpation, which means she can usurp or absorb the powers and skills of any being, leaving them powerless. She uses her powers to combat the drug dealers of Dayton due to her mother's drug-related suicide.
Tommy Glass
Next is Tommy Glass from American Vampire volume 5, written by Scott Snyder and Rafael Albuquerque. This is set back in the 1950's during the Red Scare (propaganda about the rise of communism). Tommy Glass is a secondary character that was first introduced in the fifth volume of the American Vampire series. This uncomfortably cheerful and touristic character is responsible for unleashing the most powerful vampire of all time. Whilst introducing himself to another character he marvels about London, and mentions how pretty Dayton is before revealing his true intentions.

The Hulk
The biggest character from Dayton is Bruce Banner, also known as The Hulk. Created by Stan Lee and Jack Kirby in "The Incredible Hulk #1", The Hulk was an influenced by Frankenstein and Dr. Jekyll & Mr. Hyde. When hearing about the Hulk, most people just know about the gamma radiation accident that happened to Bruce Banner that turned him into the Hulk. Most people wouldn't have known that he was born in Dayton.
