LOCAL: Milford man dies attempting to steal copper from Moraine business
Carpenter is currently housed in the Montgomery County Jail, where she is being held on a parole violation, according to jail records.
In 2015, Carpenter was charged with forgery, but was not convicted and was instead ordered to a treatment center in lieu of conviction in that case.
