Wet and windy to start Friday as a line of showers and storms move east through the area during the morning, according to Storm Center 7 Chief Meteorologist McCall Vrydaghs.

Wet roads and gusty winds may make driving a little difficult at times. Gusts over 40 mph will be possible.
We should be dry after lunchtime, but windy conditions will remain. Clouds will decrease with temperatures in the 60s for most of the day, then falling late afternoon into the evening. Winds will gradually decrease into the night.
