A stray flurry is possible early in the day. Otherwise, morning clouds will break for some sunshine into the afternoon, Storm Center 7 Chief Meteorologist McCall Vrydaghs said.

Temperatures will be well below normal, with highs in the middle 20s. Winds will range into the teens.
Skies will clear into Wednesday night and the coldest lows of the week will occur as they fall into the lower teens and upper single digits by Thursday morning.
