He will be arraigned next month and is no longer in jail.

A 20-year-old man is jailed, accused of reportedly striking his girlfriend’s relative with a vehicle.
Christopher J. Patriquin, 20, is in Montgomery County Jail on felonious assault. The alleged assault happened around 12:20 p.m. Tuesday on Mary Avenue.
A woman called 911 to report, “This guy's at my house and he just hit my husband. He just ran him over with a car. Please."

The male victim then got on the phone line with an emergency dispatcher.
“My stepdaughter's boyfriend came over here and he just literally hit me with his (expletive) car,” the man said. “He crashed it in the neighbor's yard and took off running.”
The suspect didn’t run far though, as police arrested him nearby on Mary Avenue.
"I'm moving around and everything; I might be in shock," the male victim said.

The Chrysler 300 that Patriquin was reportedly driving caught fire and was smoking following the crash.
