Young, of Kings Mountain, Ky., was arrested by law enforcement officials from Lincoln County, Ky., and Stanford, Ky. Authorities in Mercer County contacted authorities in Lincoln County after receiving the tip.
Young is being held in the Lincoln County Jail awaiting extradition hearings. The rape and sexual battery investigations were conducted by the Celina Police Department.
