Savage was also sentenced to five years probation, community service and ordered to pay court costs.
The State Medical Board of Ohio revoked Savage’s medical license in September, alleging Savage had an OxyContin addiction.
Under her plea bargain with prosecutors, one count of aggravated possession of drugs was dropped.
