The 32-year-old Centerville woman is not requesting a stay in the sentencing by Montgomery County Common Pleas Court Judge Timothy O’Connell, according to court records.
Langford has filed a notice of appeal to the Second Appellate Division of Ohio following an April 13 jury’s decision that she was guilty of three counts of sexual battery and three counts of unlawful sexual conduct with a minor.

In the notice of appeal, the charges listed include only the three counts of sexual battery, records show.
The convictions that made her a Tier III sex offender stemmed from an incident with a student in her Miamisburg Middle School classroom on the last day of school in 2017.
O’Connell ordered her to serve three, concurrent one-year sentences for each sexual battery count for which she was found guilty. Langford was given one day credit for jail time and five years of probation.
