Here are five issues, according to city records, that Moraine’s next top administrator will inherit:
-The person will be the first new city manager since 2001, as Hicks was selected for the job that year after serving more than two decades in the Moraine Police Division, where his last job was police chief.
-The salary will likely range from $120,000 to $150,000 annually.

-The person will oversee an annual budget of more than $32 million and a staff of more than 100 full-time workers.
-The city's income tax revenue topped $18 million in 2016, the highest in nine years.
