Police said Jessic McCabe and Michelle Zengel face prostitution charges after soliciting to give massages on Craigs List.
When police arrived to bust the pair, they discovered French trying to leave the apartment.
Officers said French admitted taking part in their services.
French is now on paid administrative leave pending the results of the investigation.
