UPDATE @ 11:45 p.m.

“I think that people want to feel good about this campaign; they want to get to work to make sure that Hillary Clinton is not the person selecting the Supreme Court justices,” said Matt Borges, Ohio GOP Chair.

John Podesta, chair of Hillary for America, released this statement in reaction to Trump’s speech:

"Tonight, Donald Trump painted a dark picture of an America in decline. And his answer — more fear, more division, more anger, more hate — was yet another reminder that he is temperamentally unfit and totally unqualified to be President of the United States. He offered no real solutions to help working families get ahead or to keep our country safe, just more prejudice and paranoia. America is better than this. America is better than Donald Trump. Next week in Philadelphia, Democrats will focus on issues, not anger. We'll offer a positive vision for the future based on lifting America up, not tearing Americans down."

Ohio delegate and State Representative Niraj Antani (R-Miamisburg) said in a statement:

"Donald Trump's speech tonight showed he has an impressive grasp of the problems that Americans are concerned about. As he moves forward in developing an actual specific policy plan to solve them, I hope he consults with Governor Kasich and other Republican leaders. I think Donald's speech resonates with Americans who feel that our nation is losing its greatness. By following the policies that Governor Kasich and the state legislature has enacted in the last 5 years to turn Ohio around, I think Donald Trump would go far in fixing the problems he outlined in his speech tonight."

“For more than a year, Donald Trump has been the people’s champion, and tonight he is the people’s nominee. Like many of my fellow millennial … I don’t categorically consider myself democratic or republican … This is the moment and this is the person to make America great again.”

“My father values talents, he recognizes real knowledge and skill when he finds it. Words and promises, no matter how visionary they sound, will only get you so far.”

“American values need relief. A Trump presidency will turn the economy around.”

“Politicians ask to be judged by their promises not their results. I ask you to judge my father by his results. My father will call upon the best and brightest … for brave new solutions.”

List of speakers for tonight

8:10 p.m.: Pastor Mark Burns, said: "All Lives Matter. … Donald Trump is not going to pander after no one race. His heart is after the human race."

8:12 p.m.: Fran Tarkenton, former NFL quarterback, said: "A leader gets stuff done. I've known Donald Trump for 48 years. He gets stuff done. He's a builder, he understands that teams win, individuals don't."

“I truly believe that Donald Trump can provide the leadership that will make America great again … for everyone.”

8:18 p.m.: Brock Mealer, of Wauseon, Ohio, a motivational speaker, said on Christmas Eve 2007, he was involved in a vehicle crash and sustained spinal cord damage.

“I defied the odds, but I couldn’t do it on my own. Donald Trump can’t do it alone either,” Mealer said. “He needs our help and support. Just as Michigan was willing to adopt a Buckeye, for a cause greater than ourselves, we can unite behind Donald Trump to make America one again.”

8:29 p.m.: U.S. Representative Marsha Blackburn (Tenn.) said: "Do you want to help make America one again?"

“I am asking all of you to join me tonight in electing Donald Trump as president of the United States. Donald Trump has the skills required to lead this nation, a diverse nation. … He believes in the American dream because he has lived the American dream.”

“We are in desperate need of true leadership and unity. The last eight years have been a challenge, to our national and household budgets, to our Constitution, and to the men and women who give their lives and their sacred honor to protect both.”

8:36 p.m.: Oklahoma Governor Mary Fallin said she grew up in Tecumseh, Oklahoma, an all-American town where they understood poverty.

“We knew we could succeed with hard work, an education and faith in God,” Fallin said, who became the state’s first female governor.

“When I look back on my childhood, my America, I don’t see a perfect place. But we were united by a simple belief: that no matter who you were or where you came from, better days were ahead for America,” Fallin said. “Today I’m afraid we’re losing that since of unity and optimism.”

“Donald Trump is an outspoken leader. … He has bold ideas.”

“We are one in our belief that America must address the national debt — not by increasing taxes — but by increasing opportunity. We are one in our belief that we must protect our borders, and promote fair trade that puts American workers first. We are one in our belief that we must stand with our allies like Israel, a beacon of freedom and democracy in the Middle East. We are one in our belief that we must respect and honor our military, our veterans, and law enforcement, whose sacrifice keeps us safe and free. And we are one in our belief that every life is precious, regardless of race or class, including the lives of unborn children.”

8:43 p.m.: Head of Korean Americans for Trump, Dr. Lisa Shin, said she's humbled and honored to speak as a delegate from New Mexico.

“Hillary Clinton is a direct threat to the American dream. Her proposals would be utterly devastating to our economy. With extreme carelessness she has compromised our national security and our safety. … She has overwhelmingly lost the trust of the American people.”

“There is only one candidate that will preserve that American dream. … There is only one candidate who will protect, stand with and fight for, we the American people. … And that is Donald J. Trump.”

9:02 p.m.: Reince Priebus, Republican National Committee Chairman, said: "We are the party of the open door. … We are the party of new ideas."

Night 4 RNC – Reince Priebus, Chairman of Republican National Committee

“What separates Republicans from Democrats is our belief in better. We believe in better schools. A better health care system. A better economy which rewards hard work no matter where or when you punch the clock.

“And most of all, we believe in a better chance at the American dream for everyone. The Republican Party will not stop until that becomes a reality. And that’s why we need to stop Hillary Clinton. A Clinton presidency only means more debt, more Obamacare and more families not seeing a raise.”

“You can kiss your gun rights goodbye if she ever makes it into office.”

“She reads ethics rules as carefully as Americans read their junk mail.”

9:21 p.m.: Venture Capitalist Peter Thiel said it's time to rebuild America.

“Across the country, wages are flat. But health care and college education cost more every year. … Our economy is broken.”

Night 4 RNC – Peter Thiel, Paypal founder and venture capitalist

“Now the great debate is who gets to use which bathroom. This is a distraction. Who cares? Of course every American has a unique identity. I am proud to be gay. I am proud to be republican. But most of all I am proud to be American.”

“I don’t pretend to agree with every plank in our party’s platform. But fake culture wars only distract us from our economic decline. And nobody in this race is being honest about it except Donald Trump.

“While it is fitting to talk about who we are, today it’s even more important to remember where we came from. For me that is Cleveland, and the bright future it promised.

“When Donald Trump asks us to make America great again, he’s not suggesting a return to the past. He’s running to lead us back to that bright future.”

9:30 p.m.: Tom Barrack, CEO, Colony Capital, takes the stage.

“I’m here because Donald Trump is one of my closest friends for 40 years.”
