A new surveillance video of the moments before Ahmaud Arbery was fatally shot while jogging Feb. 23, which was first obtained by The Atlanta Journal-Constitution is being reviewed by the Georgia Bureau of Investigation.

The video, released Saturday, appears to be from a surveillance camera at a Brunswick, Georgia, home near where Arbery was shot.

Investigators confirmed they are using that video to try and piece together what happened.

Father and son Gregory and Travis McMichael have been arrested and charged with murder.
