Beer delivery destroyed in truck wreck, report says

First, a toilet paper shipment was lost because of a tractor-trailer accident. Then there was a wreck of a truck carrying paper towels. Now, a crash has destroyed a shipment of beer.

The crash happened around 9 a.m. in Montgomery County, Maryland, WRC reported.

Two people were in the beer delivery truck when it overturned, trapping the driver inside. Both the driver and the passenger were taken to an area hospital. The driver has life-threatening injuries and the passenger was also injured, WRC reported.

Police said the crash required a “significant cleanup” with boxes of beer covering the lanes, blocking traffic.

The cause of the crash is under investigation, WTTG reported.
