The video, called “Places,” shows vintage footage from Ohio State football games, including clips featuring announcers Keith Jackson and Brent Musburger.
“It’s called the Horsehoe, down by the Olentangy,” Jackson says in the video.
“The 'Shoe, in Columbus, Ohio, is rocking today,” Musburger says.
Then a narrator begins reading from Dr. Seuss’ classic, “Oh, the Places You’ll Go,” as the video shows scenes of Ohio Stadium, signs posted during the pandemic and people staying put at home, playing games and being patient.
"The first concern is public health and the student-athletes’ health and well-being,” Ohio State football coach Ryan Day said Wednesday during a teleconference call. “Hopefully, as we come out of this thing, we pass the test because that’s what’s being challenged to our team, that this is a test. Get yourself better during this time.”
