Republican debate: The wall, selling watches and what the heck...

Fla. Sen. Marco Rubio took on New York businessman Donald Trump in Thursday night's Republican debate, calling him a liar, a man without a plan, and suggesting he would be selling watches in Manhattan had he not inherited millions from his father.

For the entire length of the 10th debate of the election season, the two trading jabs, the sharpest being over each other’s stance on immigration and the fact Trump hired people from other countries to work at his hotels in Florida.

The candidates – Trump, Rubio, Ted Cruz, John Kasich and Ben Carson – met to debate in Houston five days prior to Super Tuesday, where hundreds of delegates will be awarded in primaries and caucuses.

It was only moments into the event before the back-and-forth began, and the argument between the two was quickly joined by Cruz. At one point in the night, the three shouted over each other for more than a minute as CNN moderator Wolf Blitzer tried to quiet them.
